Who We Are

DocStamp is operated by Spendly (trading as Syntax Labs). Spendly is the data controller responsible for your personal information when you use this service. In this Privacy Policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Spendly (Syntax Labs).

Local Document Processing

When you use DocStamp to sign or edit PDFs, all processing happens locally in your web browser. Your PDF files are NEVER uploaded to our servers, and we have no access to the content of your documents.

What Data We Collect

Spendly (Syntax Labs) only collects the bare minimum necessary to provide the service:

Account Information: If you purchase a Lifetime license, we store your email address to manage your account and provide cross-device sync.

Payment Data: All payments are processed securely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. We do not store or process your credit card information. Paddle manages this data in accordance with their own strict privacy policies.

Usage Data: We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand basic usage (like page views) without tracking individual users.
