By using DocStamp, you agree to the following terms. These terms govern your use of the service operated by Spendly (Syntax Labs).

Operator

DocStamp is operated by Spendly (trading as Syntax Labs). Throughout these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Spendly (Syntax Labs) as the legal operator and provider of the DocStamp service.

The Service

DocStamp is a web utility operated by Spendly (Syntax Labs) for locally adding stamps and signatures to PDF files. The free tier includes usage limits (e.g., 3 exports per day).

Lifetime License

Purchasing a "Lifetime" license grants you unlimited access to the premium features of DocStamp for as long as the product exists. This is a one-time payment, not a subscription.

Order Process and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer the tool or use it for any illegal activities (e.g., forging official documents). We are not responsible for the legal validity of the signatures applied using our tool.
